At MCPK, we understand that learning is impacted by factors outside of the classroom, and that it truly takes a village to raise a child. That’s why we offer a wide range of activities and support to families and caregivers that address each child’s and family’s full range of interests and needs.

  • A Family Services Director who is on-site every day to assist children, families and teachers.
  • A Family Network Center that provides workshops, support groups and family activities.
  • Extended Care Program that provides enjoyable and quality programming from 7:00-8:30 am and 2:30-6:30 pm to meet the needs of our families.
  • Referrals to community resources on education and counseling.
  • One-on-one counseling and crisis intervention where needed.
  • Collaboration with the Montclair Public Schools and Developmental Learning Center to provide inclusion education for children with special needs.
  • Pajama Club: an affordable nighttime babysitting option offered 1-2x/month.
